About Pelabuhan Indonesia Investama
PT Pelabuhan Indonesia Investama (PII) was officially established through Deed of Establishment No. 112 dated November 17, 2017 before notary Hasbullah Abdul Rasyid, S.H., M.Kn. This company then received approval from the Minister of Law and Human Rights on
Purpose of Establishment: PII was established as the first investment company in Indonesia specifically focused on the port business. This initiative aimed to address the funding needs of Pelindo II (now Pelindo) subsidiaries, enabling them to become more independent in seeking expansion capital without having to operate independently.
Following the merger of all Pelindo I-IV into a single entity, PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero), on October 1, 2021, PII continues to operate as a strategic investment arm under the coordination of Pelindo’s subholding.
Our Core Values
The BUMN Core Values, known by the acronym AKHLAK, are the main values ​​and mandatory behavioral guidelines for all BUMN HR (Trustworthy, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, Collaborative) to build a positive and professional work culture. Established through the Circular Letter of the Minister of BUMN SE-07/MBU/07/2020, its purpose is to serve as an identity, a glue for work culture, and a driver for continuous performance improvement.
